Clinical Sales Representative-Eastern Australia

Description:

In this hybrid clinical and sales role, the Clinical Sales Representative is responsible for providing clinical education and training to existing clinic accounts in best use of Restorative Therapies systems, while achieving the territory sales targets. Responsible for developing and maintaining clinic relationships within the territory and cultivating home referrals as well as providing in-servicing to new clinic leads for capital sales revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a strong and collaborative working relationship with the members of the team at headquarters through remote communications including the Inside Patient Sales Advocate
  • Establishes and maintains strong working relationships with and between customer key decision makers (Physios, OTs, Therapy Managers & Directors, Physiatrists, Other Medical Professionals and C Suite personnel)
  • Ensures the territory achieves annual capital clinic revenue and home referral targets
  • Participates in weekly commercial team calls with headquarters
  • Accountability to supervisor of key reports, sales call log notes, and expense reporting meeting all key deadlines
  • Ensure clinical details involving customer training support are documented in accordance with our regulatory standards
  • Work in the field to support and train clinicians on the use of company products and to troubleshoot clinical issues to optimize patient outcomes
  • Conduct inservice and demonstrations for new clinic leads
  • Provide installation training and ongoing post-installation clinical support to clinic accounts
  • Attend trade shows and professional conferences

Essential incumbent requirements:

  • Advanced degree in Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy preferred
  • Candidate should have at least 3-5 yrs experience in patient care within a neurorehabilitation setting, strong spinal cord injury experience preferred
  • Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills
  • Superior time management skills including the ability to multi-task efficiently
  • Able to travel as needed to customer accounts primarily in Eastern Australia with occasional opportunity to travel to New Zealand
