Funding / Reimbursement

We Advocate for you

We understand the financial impact that a life-changing injury or diagnosis can have on you and/or your family. Restorative Therapies offers a variety of funding resources for patients planning to purchase our in-home integrated FES therapy systems.

There are many ways to cover the cost of your Restorative Therapies Home Therapy System(s).

We offer many options for payment, including:

  • Cash and/or Credit Payment
  • Funding Resources (donations, community fundraising, etc)
  • Insurance Reimbursement

Funding Resources

In the event that insurance is not an option or denied, you may utilize a community or family donation to pay for your system. If you do not have a connection to local funding resources, your Patient Advocate and our Reimbursement Team can assist you in searching for funding options that are national and/or local to your area. We find there are many supportive organizations that are willing to support our patients in their continuum of care at home that happily provide financial support.

The Insurance Process: Our Dedicated Reimbursement Team

We work with you to advocate on your behalf to navigate the insurance process to optimize your health insurance reimbursement. The success of insurance coverage will depend on several factors, including your condition and insurance type. While we strive to get insurance coverage approvals for every patient, we cannot guarantee that success based on many variables.

How Restorative Therapies Supports You:

Our dedicated reimbursement team works with you on the following:

  • Ensuring you have a prescription and Letter of Medical Necessity
  • Interacting with your insurance company on your behalf
  • Working through your insurance company’s application and appeal processes
  • Seeking alternative funding options

In the event insurance reimbursement is no longer an option, you can search the list of viable funding resources  that we recommend to our patients.
