If you have a patient who can benefit from our home therapy systems:

1. Login to RTIlink.com.
2. Click on ‘ FES@home‘ in the upper right corner navigation.
3. Fill out the pertinent information under ‘Refer a patient online now.‘ You can find helpful referral documentation templates to save you time.

A Patient Advocate will contact the patient directly and keep you informed throughout the process. We are excited to receive your referral and appreciate all you do to help patients recover from a neurological impairment.
