Position: Hybrid-Headquarters based, work from home and intermittent travel
The Clinical Specialist is responsible for completion of projects and tasks to support best use of Restorative Therapies devices with home and clinical customers. In this role the Clinical Specialist will work collaboratively with the Commercial team to assist with internal and external clinical training and support needs, development of educational material, product development efforts and facilitation of clinical education courses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work cross functionally in a positive manner with service, sales operations, marketing, reimbursement, and other key personnel within the organization on company initiatives
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements as related to area of responsibility
- Provide clinical training, coaching and support to US Commercial team at headquarters and in the field as needed
- Work collaboratively with team members to develop and execute online and onsite CEU certified courses for clinicians both nationally and internationally
- Clinical training and support for domestic and international home/clinic customers and distributors to promote best use of Restorative Therapies systems
Qualifications:
- Licensed Physical or Occupational Therapist with a minimum of 5 years clinical experience in neurological rehabilitation, strong experience in Spinal Cord Injury rehab is preferred
- Experience with use of Restorative Therapies systems within a clinical setting
- Clinical education material development skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to develop in-depth knowledge about products and services
- Highly effective presentation skills
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills
- Superior time management skills including the ability to multi-task efficiently
- Able to travel intermittently 30-40% for domestic travel and occasionally over weekends as needed, international travel may also be possible
